Kate Mines wins Best Ensemble at the LA Weekly Awards for her portrayl of Effie Voss in the Road Theatre Company's THE FRIENDLY HOUR. This is her 2nd consecutive win after winning last year for Best Solo Performance in PALACE OF THE END.
